I work in New Orleans, everyone there refers to Louisiana as the Boot. There’s a local beer called the Boot, it’s actually goodIs 'The Boot' a thing, or is Lane trying to make fetch happen?
Take out of that list indiana and texas tech and texas a&m football the past 20 years haven't done nothing yet!Respectfully disagree. Texas, Ohio State, A&M, Oregon, Alabama, UGA, Penn State, Notre Dame, Michigan, USC, LSU, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Florida, Ole Miss, Indiana, Texas Tech…no one operates like this, and most of those schools have been more relevant on the national landscape than we have the past 20 odd years.
You can do both. And you can do both well.
I’m shocked 2/3 aren’t 5 stars if fkn Leavitt was a 5 star coming out of portal. Damon Wilson has 13 sack potential next year if he’s healthy wherever he goes.

Makes sense because many think of Shreveport as America’s Tuscany.Never heard that. Makes sense.
I've heard Italy referred to as The Boot.
I actually do like this a lot better than the current NIL/collective system. Seemingly would allow the school to come up with its own budget and gives donors tax deductible donations. There must be many issues that I’m not thinking of because this seems like a slam dunk.
On the map the state is shaped like a boot. Thts why those of us who live there-from there call it that.Never heard that. Makes sense.
