Cig hit the portal running.
Richard and Schott portal CBs already + the early favorites for Hoover and first visit outta Parker Livingstone.
Trying really hard to be Cignetti part 2Morris going to have them in the Big 12 title game in year 2. Might even be year 1 if they get Mestemaker.
Tightend will be a depth piece can almost guarantee Lofton will be the starter again. Wr will be older depth piece 2 or 3 type guy. DE will only be a nfl type guy. Linebacker is borderline glaring need thoQB1
TE
WR
DE
LB
Are all glaring needs imo.
Then, add in depth pieces you’ll need at OL, DT, and safety and you have a 8-11 portal class.
We got support staff for this reason…it's tough man ... but we in the final four ...
Winning this Championship supersedes portal acquisitions.it's tough man ... but we in the final four ...
QB - 1 (QB1)
WR - 1 (vet to replace Daniels/Marion)
OL - 2 (debating whether we need a starting center but will lean yes)
TE - 1 (vet to replace Bauman)
K - 1
DE - 2 (1 starter and 1 high rotation)
DT - 1 (assuming Moten stays; we'd need 2 otherwise)
LB - 2 (replacing Toure and Wes)
CB - 1 (nickel to replace Scott)
S - 1 (number 3 safety behind Poyser and Fitzgerald)
I think it'll be around 12-13.

I know they can do both and that’s why they have a large staff that handles different tasks.
Trying to cash in with Arch… need some sort of ROILikely why Livingston transferred out. They're going for broke this year and it won't matter.
The results on the field have gained them the benefit of the doubt but I find not taking any LBs because of the current guys we have on the roster as optimistic.I wanted to discuss LB separately.
+ Aguirre has really come along with Heatherman’s coaching.
+ Another guy who I expect to make a big jump is Wiley in the Spring.
+ Bonner is another guy the staff is expecting a big jump from after a year in the program.
That’s two guys who can give you starter snaps and a third guy off the bench.

Sure, and again they more than deserve the benefit of the doubt but I haven’t seen it translate on the field with those particular players. This is counting on jumps to be made.A lot of youth and athleticism mentored by great coaching.
What is there not to like?
