locksley at maryland fired ...

It all depends on Locks when and where he will work. I could see him back at Bama because Grubb won’t be back there and Saban and Locks are tight.
You for good reason would assume Satan being who he is to that town has pull with the program... If locksley(who Satan is definitely fond of)ends up back at bama, it will be because deboer himself has decided he makes sense. Him alone makes all calls at bama. He's very much the sort to control every piece of the program.

Legree is good but look at the WRs Locks has recruited and signed. Legree isn’t on that level.
His best three WRs are a fifth year who flipped from ecu to Tennessee before transferring to Maryland, an old dominion WR who transferred to Maryland and their go to guy has been a 5’11 dude who transferred in from Wyoming.

Legree isn’t on that level you’re right; he’s way, way up above that room. Massive failure to not identify him in their backyard when they are that awful.

He had Benn at Illinois, the WRs at Bama, both Diggs brothers (both were WRs coming out of high school), and you talking about LeGree? Stop.

Bruh…..you quoted this
If he would’ve offered Jesse Legree (Maryland native) probably would’ve won a couple more games.

No one is talking about who he recruited last decade. We’re talking about Legree versus who he has on his roster right now

What we got in talent and what 2018 'Bama had in talent aren't even on the same planet.

That team featured Josh Jacobs, Damien Harris, Najee Harris AND Brian Robinson Jr. at running back. It also had DeVonta Smith, Jerry Jeudy, Jaylen Waddle and Henry Ruggs at wide receiver. **** Irv Smith Jr. was the tight end and he got some run in the NFL.

You or I could have coordinated that offense and it wouldn't have mattered.
People don’t realize how ridiculously stacked those teams were. One of the kany red love NIL is because no single team is anywhere near as stacked as those Alabama teams were.

Mario can recruit and evaluate talent. I’d prefer coaches here that can coach. That should be priority over recruiters.

You must have him confused with someone else.
He would definitely recruit well at UM, but I've never seen evidence of him being an elite playcaller.
Depends if you give him or Gattis credit for that Alabama offense… or if you give neither credit and consider that team to have Nick Saban-led organization and better players than pretty much everyone…
