Idk how good Locksley is as an Ic, but I’ll say this - Our Jext OC, I don’t give a single **** if they are good or not as a recruiter. I want like three things for an OC - Good Scheme that can Scheme TO The talent we have, Good play calling and in game adjustments, and Pocks good qbs. Idgaf about their ability to recruit at all.

Hopefully he and Lashlee just not FSU.
But I’m not sure there will be all that many top jobs open except potentially USC and Texas. Like if those 2 jobs aren’t open, for guys like ****ey, Diaz, Lashlee etc already in the ACC, I’d say what FSU, UNC, and potentially South Carolina or something the main likely step ups? Like Rutgers and NCSt aren’t exactly step ups there…

Then take a pay bump and extension without a crazy buyout . Happens all the time. These coaches just hunting for any little promotion end up committing career suicide. Wait for THE RIGHT JOB, not any job. Every coach has that job in mind. ****ert is a stud , this isn’t some flash in the pan like Hermon.
