Lingard and coach’s lack of communication

Why dress him and tell the world he’s ready to play if he isn’t? You guys are maxing out your lower cognitive functions by stretching for goofy **** to prop up the coaches.
Your right but word is from people at practice is that he is still favoring that leg... At some point you have to get him in there to see how he reacts live, but I understand the trepidation from coach. People forget we played Lingard over Cam when both were healthy last year. I think he wouldve played against CMU if game wasnt so close. I always thought he would be back after bye week

Agree. Why announce he could play? The very obvious answer to that is because he WAS going to play once we got up big vs CMU like we were supposed to. All evidence appears to show that was the plan, even Manny's own words. But when we suddenly found ourselves in a one TD game, they decided it didnt make sense to choose that as the moment to bring him back in place of our clear RB1 and RB2 right now who have played in 4 games and been practicing all calendar year. It's not rocket science nor some heinous conspiracy.

If he’s cleared play him. It’s not really any more complex than that.

I like Cam, but he played like **** against CMU. And I don’t think he’s been killing it all year like the South Florida HS groupies make it out to be. He’s been OK, but it’s not like Lingard is looking for reps ahead of Barry Sanders.

Looks like Lingard and his dad see it a little differently than Shanny. Seems like there’s a lot of that going on around the program. For someone so gifted at communicating with the press he seems to struggle communicating with his players.
I’m

I think manny is finding out how hard it is to run a whole program. It’s easy when you’re in charge of one side of the ball. It’s a whole other animal when you run the whole show.
I also wouldn’t be surprised if he doesn’t get a say on who enos plays. He probably gave enos full latitude to bring him to Miami. Regardless of that, buck stops with the head coach.

This **** is annoying on a level that I can’t even put into words.

People really wanna see Lo play. I’m sure it’s annoying to you guys, but it’d be this way at literally any school except maybe Bama or UGA, where if a 5-star kid isn’t playing, who cares? Just roll the next one out. But this fanbase wants to win and wants to watch talented kids help make that happen.

How do you know he’s annoyed with the fans?

He said he’s healthy. His dad said he’s healthy. Shanny said he was going to play 3 weeks ago but had some setback in practice.

Play the motherfcking guy! Why do we make everything so fcking hard with this program?
That’s been the norm for this program lately. Luckily a good chunk of the season is left because I like Cam but he’s missed some big runs this year with bad reads.
