I think Clemson wins going away.

If I’m wrong, I will seek professional help. It’s in my budget. I hope I’m wrong.

We will be lucky not to get blown out. I think the realists among us know that we've overachieved like crazy. Our 3 best returning playmakers are out and we've got rosier as our qb. Does anyone truly think we should be expected to beat this team with Rosier, langham, Irvin, berrios, Thomas, Dallas, and Homer? If someone said that we'd beat the number one team with that lineup in the beginning of the year, that person would have been rightfully laughed off the forum. Nothing has changed.

Obviously, not a good sign. It's linear line movement, no zigzagging whatsoever. But in an effort to be positive before our biggest game in 15 years, I'll say this: the sharps were way off on FIU earlier today. FIU went from -2 to close at +2.5 and outright won by 18.

Yea and it’s going up without the total going up much which means they dont look for us to score much.

I asked myself why the sharps waited so long. Could’ve got a better line all week long. They hammered it at literally the worst time all week.

2 point jump in 90 minutes seems like big time money came in on Clemson.

I can't see Miami being a double digit dog in this game, I mean when was the last time we were this big of an underdog? Has to be the Larry Scott days.

Doesn't this just mean that people keep betting on Clemson so they are moving the line so people bet on Miami? You all put too much into this. They don't care who wins or what the score is, they are just trying to play a shell game and make money either way.

When it came out that 82 and 23 were out that line should've run to the hills.

I was always told smart money comes late

Agree 100%, been saying all year we have been winning with mirrors, the only two games we showed up and played was VT and ND. I say we lose 31-10, hope it's closer.

Good question. There are only a handful of syndicates known for moving numbers and they don't all bet the same games or are always on the same side. It's possible that whoever hammered Clemson around 3pm today at Clemson -10 was hoping some other group was on Miami and would get to bet Clemson at a better price (say, -9), but then decided to pull the trigger when it got closer to kickoff in fear that another group would bet Clemson -10 before they did and then they'd be the ones stuck with -11 or -11.5.

LOL at folks giving cht about what some fat diabetic old men think about UM's chances tonight.
Why should we care?

This is a over reaction to the Pitt game. Rosier bounces back in a big way tonight. Tonight all the million games Richt coached in the SEC shows up. The last two games against UVA and Pitt, I think that made 11 weeks in a row after the hurricane coupled with the intensity of the previous two weeks. They won't have any problem getting up for this. 1 game for everything
