Line Moving Hard Towards Clemson

We will be lucky not to get blown out. I think the realists among us know that we've overachieved like crazy. Our 3 best returning playmakers are out and we've got rosier as our qb. Does anyone truly think we should be expected to beat this team with Rosier, langham, Irvin, berrios, Thomas, Dallas, and Homer? If someone said that we'd beat the number one team with that lineup in the beginning of the year, that person would have been rightfully laughed off the forum. Nothing has changed.

Wasn't the line moving towards Auburn? Looks like the have their hands full, very different feel to this one.

Agree 100%, been saying all year we have been winning with mirrors, the only two games we showed up and played was VT and ND. I say we lose 31-10, hope it's closer.

Nah, Auburn opened -2.5 and closed +1.5.

It is what it is, we're playing with house money tonight and I'm going to pretend I never saw this line movement and enjoy the game.

What was the line vs Notre Dame?

I think +3.5 (or thereabouts) at kickoff. Might have ticked up to +4 or something.

We won by 33, but to be fair, Wimbush choked that **** away. If you read the HurricaneVisions post on the film review afterwards he basically says Wimbush had 3 or 4 REALLY bad throws that led to picks, and we turned that into heavy momentum. Wimbush basically gave us that **** on a silver platter. If he hits that first wide open touchdown and we go down 7-0, who knows how it turns out.

anyway **** vegas, ride or die with Rosier tonight. We roll.

Clemson has some very similar score lines vs common opponents, they also have a beatable qb who if we stop from running will lose them this game. We have played well vs running qbs, why is that going to change tonight? anyone who thinks we get blown out shouldn’t be a Miami hurricanes fan. Yes we can get blown out but the season should tell you we play with resilience and this should be a close game that goes to whoever wins turnover and field position battles. Rosier can play well we have seen it and Clemson is not desean Watson Clemson they are once again beatable and we don’t even have to play a perfect game. Ask wake, bc, FSU, Syracuse who all hung with them deep into the game. We have the best defense they have played all season if they put up 14 in us like they did vs auburn we will win.

I say we will see the VT and ND Rosier, same for the defense. Thomas has one long TD and Homer breaks a long run. Canes win outright, amirite?

Kelly Bryant is not that much better then wimbush. Maybe a better rusher but equally as bad at throwing the ball.

Well, I guess it's over then. Vegas has spoken. Time to start focusing on the Orange Bowl...or this that line out already in our unknown opponent's favor. Will just look forward to signing day. Great thread!

Just got to keep overachieving and win the next three games. Better than underachieving like with the last three Shalala coaRches before Richt.

This is a over reaction to the Pitt game. Rosier bounces back in a big way tonight. Tonight all the million games Richt coached in the SEC shows up. The last two games against UVA and Pitt, I think that made 11 weeks in a row after the hurricane coupled with the intensity of the previous two weeks. They won't have any problem getting up for this. 1 game for everything

I don't think it is at all. That would have been the knee jerk reaction to open with a big line then have it gradually reduce.

This have everything to do with losing Richards and those with big money who make a living betting putting it on Clemson.

Not a good look for Miami before the game.

Fans...don't underestimate this type of line movement...its not a be all, end all, but its something to note and should be significant.
