I would demote him and tell him to take a pay cut. I’d say you haven’t earned 1.5 mill so either accept or gtfo. And yes, I know that’s a long shot, but it’s not like he’s going to have any other offers. And if he aspires to keep his coaching career alive, he might just take it.

And he will say "fvck you fire me and pay me my 3million dollar buy out". Then go and get hired as QBC for another team.
 
You dont accept stuff like that, your basically telling other schools I know I cant call plays
 
Hard to take you serious when you call him *****. It isn’t a word and misspells the juvenile play on words that the board’s adolescent boys use.

That said, use a slight variation of what you stated and Enos likely chooses to leave. Problem solved. Good plan. Very corporate in design.
