Why? Maybe Rodriguez took the next step and just beat them outWould be a concern if Samson and McCoy both can’t beat out Rodriguez.

This. He’s an undersized guard (barely 6-2 and he’s a puffed up 290-300). Adequate backup center at this point. If you think that’s the right physical makeup for a starting guard, I don’t know what to tell you. And if he indeed beat out Samson and McCoy, I have a LOT more questions about our OL depth.
He's being nice because it's the night before the season starts lolGenerous.

Whatcha you gonna do brother when you see Big Lou?
And how many times have we regretted not recruiting players that didn't have NFL body types, and they star somewhere else? TY Hilton, Lamar Jackson, Kancey (the Pitt DT who is in the NFL BTW)Because you want the NFL body types to win out

Lake did such a **** job lmao there's like twenty ORs.Someone on 247 earlier today made a thread letting people know Ryan Rodriguez is starting at LG. No one knows whether or not this guy is legit or if its just rumors.
About 90 mins ago David lake predicted the 2 deep. On the LG he has it as "Matthew Mccoy OR Ryan Rodriguez" which gives this guy who started the rumor a bit more credibility.
Thoughts?
Is Ryan Rodriguez really getting the nod at LG?
He's like you; but he's on wife #2!Whatcha you gonna do brother when you see Big Lou?

Not my place to say, but wait for the depth chart.
First team all american, Cooper Bebe, 6'3" 335 pounds, puffed up?? 2nd team all american Clay Webb, 6'3" 290 pounds. Smdh. I of course am not claiming he is an all anerican, but Size is not an issue. Other points on skills maybe. Try againHe’s an undersized guard (barely 6-2 and he’s a puffed up 290-300). Adequate backup center at this point. Think Okunlola is just a tackle. But I also think Rodriguez is just a Center. Wouldn't want to go an entire season with him as the starting guard personally. McCoy is probably the right choice.
Seems to be the top 7 are:
LT: Rivers / Okunlola
LG: McCoy
C: Carpenter / Rodriguez
RG: Cooper
RT: Mauigoa
Now the real question is if like McCoy or Cooper went down, would we just put Rodriguez in at OG if he beat out Okunlola for an interior position, or would we move Mauigoa to OG and put Okunlola in at OT...
The results say he was. KJ was playing on Sundays last I saw. How’s Mark doing?lol I bet you’re one of those guys who thinks KJ Osborn is better than 5* Mark Pope. Wait wut.
