Let's talk about Jarren...

It's amazing Noksi and Jarren get called greentree all americans when they make plays in practice. When Tate makes a play he is god. Smh
I noticed that myself but if you watch film the ball comes out at a much higher velocity from N'kosi and Jarren than it does from Martell. I hope the kid does well because he is a Cane but when I watch him I am just not as enamored with what I see compared to how much he get's pumped up.
His struggles with throwing to the outside concern me and he wants to make plays with his legs first, although that add's another dynamic we have enough play makers on offense, he doesn't need to carry the team in that department.

If Williams doesn’t win the job will the excuses for him stop? We all know the garbage fest the OC and QB coach were, but they’ve been gone for eight months. Williams has a fresh start with a guy who is deemed a legit qb coach and has no ties to any of these qbs no there is no bias or hidden agendas. If Williams isn’t the starter than I don’t want any more excuses how he’s really the best qb but it’s xyz fault why he’s not starting.

Well put.

If Miami was playing two scrubs to open the season, Williams might've had a shot at getting the nod—but you have Florida in Orlando, an off week and then a road trip to North Carolina.

Experience counts big time right now and Williams would have to be head and shoulders above the others to beat them out as a kid who only took a few snaps against Savannah State last year.

FSU gave jameis Winston - a RS freshman - the ball straight out the gate.

Big rivalry game or not...Just give Jarren the **** ball!

What scrimmage did you see by chance that you're speaking on? If he lacked preparation as third stringer than how do you feel the preparation was out of our first and second teams? People who've never played a single down of grown up football steady speak from experience on here. Just stop

The spring scrimmage at Traz Powell, when the first guy wasn’t open he hesitated and got flustered on making a decision . I say he wasn’t prepared because He was a semi fat boy last year and wasn’t as focused because he wasn’t playing. I’m pretty sure he even said as much at the end of the year.. and what does playing grown up football have to do with anything? Watching anything for 25+ years will make anybody somewhat knowledgeable on the subject. It’s easy to see what Tates, nkosis and Jarren’s weaknesses are

Funny how quickly we forget the worst QB play since Kirby Freeman. Kosi struggles to beat out Rosier, and they both had the same coaches. I have no idea how Tate or JW will fare but anything is better than what we saw vs Duke, Pitt, Wisconsin, etc. Kosi had his chance. Also, hard to argue with 42-0.
Just bcuz Kosi didn't start does not mean he didn't beat out Rosier... anybody with eyes could see that Richt had a agenda to play Rosier no matter what. You actually think Kosi and Jarren couldn't have done better than Rosier?

Also I know you know Jarren well because him and 7 are boys, he is obviously more talented as a QB out of the three so why isn’t be the clear cut leader or selection right now?
