Let the season play out. .. Quit micromanaging

Yes. Richt has the opportunity to perform worse than a team that had essentially no coaching the prior season.

In 2015, we went 8-4 during the regular season against a harder schedule. That team had essentially no coaching.

We're 4-4 this year. This team has coaching.

A+. He's doing less with the same talent golden had plus a bunch of stud freshmen.

Are yall serious with this stupid **** lol

Well... If we have virtually the same personnel on offense this year as last year, the coaching staffs have changed and we are playing worse, then what do you attribute it to?

New system. Current players not fitting the new system etc.

Richt likes to pound the rock, but this OL (like last year) is incapable of run blocking. And these RBs are mediocre at best. Not sure why Yearby isn't playing more, but last game he had 6 carries for 1 yard because our OL can't power block out of the I for ****. So I'm not sure it would matter much.

Richt might be stubborn, but this year wasn't a title year anyways. Guess he'd rather continue to rep his offense rather than chunking it from SG 50 times a game. You can see him try to adjust to their strengths, but the reality is they don't have a lot of strengths and the OL is so terrible.

Stop making excuses!!! He is a 16 year HC. He needs to learn to adjust to his players. He is being paid a ton of $$$ to coach this team to a better record than the last bunch ....not to make $4 million excuses

3 yards and a cloud of dust when sitting in the most fertile recruiting area for skill position athletes.

This guy is a genius

FOH bunch of millennial participation trophy ***** *** posters. Pitt will win by double digits.

Why the emotional tantrums after every game? .. Let things play thing play out. .. "Wise guys"had us@6.5 o/u...
Just make sure we do our part and show up with passion for Pitt.

Micromanaging would indicate that we have some sort of input in the process.
What no fan should ever do is engage in coach worship.
So fans should express opinions of they are concerned.

The positive view - We're through the roughest part of our schedule, with the next 4 games being very winnable. Currently UNC is #17 , FSU #19 , VT #21 , so it wasn't like we didn't lose to quality teams. ND was hard to swallow, but the team showed some fight. We were right there vs. FSU & ND and just shout ourselves in the foot. The defense has played better than expected all year. We can still show some improvement, pride, and ability to bounce back in these next couple games. Win out, and finish 8-4 with a decent bowl game and chance to end up 9-4. We've only won 9 games twice in the last 10 years, and a bowl game once, and we still have a chance to do both.

The negative view - We've lost 4 in a row, the last 1 to a 2-5 ND team. We blew the FSU & ND games in embarrassing ways. We were as talented or more talented than every team we played this year. The offense has has regressed. Even Duke & UVA don't look like gimme's at this point. We might not even finish bowl eligible, and if we do, it'll be an awful Bowl no one cares about. The only thing to look forward to at this point is Richt hiring an OC and the recruiting class.

OP must not have followed UM football for the last 20 years are so after loss(es)

Perhaps OP would prefer the pre-Howard days. We did not flipout after every game. Well, maybe we did but there were so few of us that nobody noticed. If Mark doesn't turn this around quickly, he will have to do better than a free hamburger to get people in the stands.

I honestly feel just like I did in the 70s.
I honestly think this has the same feel as the 70s. I don't see a huge difference except we played fewer ****** teams in the 70s.

Sadly, I am getting the same feeling. Only thing is we had players like Chuck Foreman, Otis Anderson, Lester Williams and Fred Marion who even our greatest in our glory years would had been hard press to start over. I love our players but it has been a long time since we have seen guys like that. Maybe Duke is in class of Foreman. That is about all I can think of in the post Butch recruiting classes.

Mark is a truly great guy but he cannot touch Howard as a coach. If we have sunk to the 70's, I doubt I live to see us get out of it.
