Yes. Richt has the opportunity to perform worse than a team that had essentially no coaching the prior season.
In 2015, we went 8-4 during the regular season against a harder schedule. That team had essentially no coaching.
We're 4-4 this year. This team has coaching.
A+. He's doing less with the same talent golden had plus a bunch of stud freshmen.
Are yall serious with this stupid **** lol
Well... If we have virtually the same personnel on offense this year as last year, the coaching staffs have changed and we are playing worse, then what do you attribute it to?
New system. Current players not fitting the new system etc.
Richt likes to pound the rock, but this OL (like last year) is incapable of run blocking. And these RBs are mediocre at best. Not sure why Yearby isn't playing more, but last game he had 6 carries for 1 yard because our OL can't power block out of the I for ****. So I'm not sure it would matter much.
Richt might be stubborn, but this year wasn't a title year anyways. Guess he'd rather continue to rep his offense rather than chunking it from SG 50 times a game. You can see him try to adjust to their strengths, but the reality is they don't have a lot of strengths and the OL is so terrible.
Stop making excuses!!! He is a 16 year HC. He needs to learn to adjust to his players. He is being paid a ton of $$$ to coach this team to a better record than the last bunch ....not to make $4 million excuses
