Les Miles

Can anyone that wants Les to coach Miami explain why they would want a coach that has gotten his *** handed to him his last 3 games?

His wins vs Auburn, USCe and UF look a heck of a lot less impressive now don't they.

LSU has had just as much NFL talent than the Canes. If not a little more. Although they win most of their games and have been a better than average team, not enough coaching to get them to the Championship Game. I like the guy and over Golden and Shannon I would take him all day. Not now. We need to maximize the talent we have in South Florida and the Championships will come. With all the guys from LSU and Miami going to the NFL, due to coaching they both underachieve.

LSU also plays in by far the hardest division in all of college football. There schedule doesn't exactly match up to the Canes in terms of easiness.

idk about that bud. automatically getting a top 10 preseason ranking and playing "ranked "opponents sounds pretty sweet.

his offenses have been patrick nixlevel for like the last 8 years...its **** near embarassing.

dude hired cam cameron...thats all i need to know that he is a corch of some level

Miami fans pass on Les Miles, pass on Butch Davis, some even pass on Chip Kelly.

But give me that new dude in Houston.

I just dont get it.

His offenses have been horrible. Cant explain this **** they have so many weapons.

For some reason they can't seem to recruit a quality qb. I guess Les doesn't put a premium on getting high caliber signal callers and that has come back to bite him in the *** numerous times.

Did he win a NC before? Can he win a NC here? Yes and yes then I'm Okay with him here.

explain why he's gotten his *** handed to him the last 3 games. With high caliber talent and a former NFL OC as a his OC.

I don't have to explain anything. You don't evaluate a coach on 3 games performance when he has a long track record of winning in arguably the toughest conference in college football.

The thing that should be concerning though is that since Chavis left their defense has gone from 3rd in points allowed to 50th this year.

Bc most of the best pro style recruits aren't kids who have handlers looking for handouts.

Same issue Georgia has. Can't recruit an elite QB on a regular basis.

They had Stafford and Murray. This is an excuse.

It's no excuse because I'm not for Les Miles. In fact, I would like to know why the QB recruiting and offense has been so horrible.

As for Georgia, outside of Stafford and Murray, can you name another "good" Qb they have had? DJ Shockley 10 years ago? Lol

Because they don't understand the dynamics of scheduling within the tiers of FBS football. Some guy wins at Houston, "imagine what he would do with Miami's talent" without realizing that Miami's marquee games aren't against Memphis and Navy.

Ok.. He went 8-5 last year. So we aint basing it off his last 3 games. Miles has been regressing ever since Saban's recruits left.

This same could be applied to people suggesting Strong and other corches....."well he would have Miami talent guysm"

I tend to be concerned about failed $EC coache$, becau$e once they are not in the $EC, they find it much more difficult to recruit.
