LSU has had just as much NFL talent than the Canes. If not a little more. Although they win most of their games and have been a better than average team, not enough coaching to get them to the Championship Game. I like the guy and over Golden and Shannon I would take him all day. Not now. We need to maximize the talent we have in South Florida and the Championships will come. With all the guys from LSU and Miami going to the NFL, due to coaching they both underachieve.
LSU also plays in by far the hardest division in all of college football. There schedule doesn't exactly match up to the Canes in terms of easiness.
Did he win a NC before? Can he win a NC here? Yes and yes then I'm Okay with him here.
His offenses have been horrible. Cant explain this **** they have so many weapons.

explain why he's gotten his *** handed to him the last 3 games. With high caliber talent and a former NFL OC as a his OC.
Same issue Georgia has. Can't recruit an elite QB on a regular basis.

For some reason they can't seem to recruit a quality qb. I guess Les doesn't put a premium on getting high caliber signal callers and that has come back to bite him in the *** numerous times.

They had Stafford and Murray. This is an excuse.
Miami fans pass on Les Miles, pass on Butch Davis, some even pass on Chip Kelly.
But give me that new dude in Houston.
I just dont get it.

I don't have to explain anything. You don't evaluate a coach on 3 games performance when he has a long track record of winning in arguably the toughest conference in college football.

Because they don't understand the dynamics of scheduling within the tiers of FBS football. Some guy wins at Houston, "imagine what he would do with Miami's talent" without realizing that Miami's marquee games aren't against Memphis and Navy.
