Les Miles could be fired

During this coaching search, this is legit reaction I've witnessed:

Mark Richt has an over .800 winning %, a few SEC ships and a ton of draft picks . Our fans: **** that guy. Underachiever. Not a good coach. Blah blah blah
Chip Kelly lost like 4 games in 6 year, won two BCS bowls and played for a title: Our fans: Guy sucks in the NFL! He does nothing! No nattys! blah blah blah
Les Miles wins over 70% of his games, has a few SEC championship, won a Natty and played for another and produces a ton of NFL 1st rounders: He sucks! Bad game day coach! Underachiever! blah blah blah
Butch Davis: People fall over dead about he's the greatest coach ever, yet hasn't coached in 5 years and did jack **** his last stop at UNC despite having a ton of talent. Produced the GOAT roster 15 years ago, so he's the savior.

This is why we can't have nice things. Y'all are ****ing retarded. Butch is a fantastic candidate, but the reaction to the other 3 candidates is why we deserve Mario. Jesus.

Agreed.

Get his *** here pronto. He's got that riverboat gambler in him..huge balls...just what we need.

When you look at all the talent he has had on his team and how that talent does in the NFL, it's clear he really does get the best out of his players. I think LSU has had more busts in the NFL then hits and that speaks volumes of what he does there.

great points...i swear our fanbase are test tube babies

I live 45 minutes outside of BR and I can tell you first hand he is hated here! Talent is not an issue at LSU, it's the coaching and the fans and alumni have been wanting him out for a while now. I'm def not a fan of les...we may win 10 games a year, but that's not the goal!

45+ career wins against Top 25 comp

Won a national title, perennial contender.

Can't develop a QB worth a **** but go ask FSU/VT/Clemson fans how they like the sound of "Les Miles headed to South Beach"...they'd probably be pretty **** ****ed.

I just find it ridiculous reading some of these guys rejecting Miles; yet, if u go to the Charlie Strong thread which has now reached 12 pages, they are actually trying to make an argument for him.

Let's see, one coach has a national title, coaches in the toughest conference and wins 10+ games annually; the other was a successful mid major coach even winning a BCS game, but is failing miserably at one of the best coaching gigs in America.

Yet some of these fans are choosing the latter and telling us to ignore what he's doing in the P5 conference. And some of these same fans tell us to ignore what Butch did HERE and we should judge him for what he did at UNC to try to discredit him. Like, I feel like I'm in a twilight zone when I read some of these post. It's laughable and unimaginable at the same time. "forget the two guys who've actually won at the higher levels, and let's hire the guy who's sucking balls at the higher level b/c he can recruit." Lol. Amazing, truly.

Exactly anyone that wants this guy is an idiot
Hes an average coach

This.

And lets not forget Mario, who by some accounts dominates South Florida recruiting despite Alabama having three players from South Florida on their roster. Him we need.

I have concerns with Miles. He's a circus on gameday, but my bigger issue is: why are his offenses always complete trash? He always has an embarrassment of riches at the skill positions, but he's always got some **** QB to go with some **** scheme. I don't know. It's suspect.

He's a good CEO-type coach, though.

Yet they still have the most rostered players on nfl teams

His NC was a 2 loss team as well
guy is average

Strong sucks, too. Les has done less with a plethora of talented skill players than anyone else in college football, excluding Folden and our Canes.

Leonard Fournette is a beast. If LSU had even a decent passing attack, they would be hard to beat. Their defenses are usually legit. That, in my opinion, is his strength.

Just can't ignore that his offense has usually been a **** burger, and that is inexcusable with the ridiculous amount of talent on offense that they have fielded over the years.
