Idk man. He’s still a true freshman. He was a 3 star for s reason. I didn’t have Nickel as the starter on my bingo card for next year anyway. I’d honestly hope EW has a better grasp on the system in year 3 than a year 1 guy. JMO.Nickel must suck really bad then.
If you miss on Leavitt, you go all in on Simpson. That’s all you can do at this point.
I don’t think Leavitt is the type of player you extremely overpay for either. This portal class is mid. Ty Simpson you give him what he wants.exactly my thought. Can see Mario turned off by that schtick
A great used car salesman down the road if football doesn’t work out .
I think the problem with Emory was never the lack of grasp on the system tbh, he has clearly some talent limitations for our level.Idk man. He’s still a true freshman. He was a 3 star for s reason. Top 5 player overall in my eyes, Should be a Heisman contender next seasonwith Malachi toney
someone will QB here. even if they haven't hit the portal yet
he's legit top 2-3 WR in college next year, along with fletcher and a top 5 OL in the country - we'll find someone
Emory at practice is lights out . He’s just the opposite of a gamer . Against Iowa State he looked completely overwhelmed and shaken . Like he was a freshmen.I think the problem with Emory was never the lack of grasp on the system tbh, he has clearly some talent limitations for our level.
Based on the last time I saw him obviously,
How so? You just named two dudes who are completely opposite of each other too lolHonestly, Leavitt’s personality seems like the complete opposite of Ward and Beck. I’m surprised they actually want him this bad lol
No bueno either.Emory at practice is lights out . He’s just the opposite of a gamer . Against Iowa State he looked completely overwhelmed and shaken . Like he was a freshmen.
Loveitt or Leavitt?!?
I was told a week ago Emory is head and shoulders better and they don’t want him leaving.
He was a gamer against Clemson and FSUEmory at practice is lights out . He’s just the opposite of a gamer . Against Iowa State he looked completely overwhelmed and shaken . Like he was a freshmen.
That I agree with. I think best case Emory would be Beck in the two first CFP games. Not saying he’d play that way against T10 teams. But the offense would be very neutered due to his limitations.I think the problem with Emory was never the lack of grasp on the system tbh, he has clearly some talent limitations for our level.

And then couldn’t get the ball past the line of scrimmage against ISU.He was a gamer against Clemson and FSU
