they may say that because why would they openly go against a kid but if you think they'll settle for emory williams and going into the portal over him 2 straight years then idk what to tell you about how much you know about this team

I think they would ride with Nickel or Coleman at that point. I don't see a world where Emory is ever QB1, he doesn't process things fast enough.

Almost every single playoff team in the last several years has been a portal QB.
I’m sure no teams wants to do it but it’s the reality.

Unfortunately, predicting a highschooler to be elite at the college level is a difficult task.
Which puts you in pretty much an even worse situation.
