He's an athlete playing QB. In other words, he's no QB.
They’re one & the same.So would have mateer. Thank the Lord CIS didn't make the choices
Leavitt was streaky, not really a pure passer type, more of a gamer but his completion percentage can be too low for some. Alot of ASU fans feel it was more Skateboo than him and he benefited from that.. He will be in a QB friendly...Leavitt is one of the few QBs in the country who has multiple years of an elite TD/INT ratio on his resume. Add to that his pocket presence and ability to extend plays with his legs, and I don’t see much not to like other than his health. Assuming his recovery mirrors Beck’s last year (similar timelines) I think the kid is going to ball out for LSU.
The thing is they have alot of talent coming in and Blake Baker seems to be decent enough fit with continuity. ALOT of coaches across country have talked...True. LSU is getting a ton of hype because of the Lane effect for a team that was mid last year. I've seen them in about everybody's projected playoff bracket so far. I don't think LSU will sniff the playoffs. Will probably be 2-3 wins better than last year. Well, maybe that would put them in the playoff conversation since they are in the SEC. It would also be amazing if Texas and Sark would fall flat on their faces this year.
Wouldn't lump Heintschel in with that group as of yet. Those other 3 are upperclassmen.Thank God we didn’t land the following
Leavitt
Mateer
Bailey
Heintschel
The cancer thing is corny, more importantly he is limited as a passer and injured. Cam Skatebo and Jordan Tyson did a lot of the heavy lifting in the playoff run. Leavitt is highly overrated for what he is.
Idk mateer looked like a way better passer at Wazzu… idk what’s going on but he looks like he’s regressed into a glorified triple option QBSo would have mateer. Thank the Lord CIS didn't make the choices
After throwing 7 TD in his opener, he has gone 8 quarters without a TD pass, and his completion % dropped to just 43% against Syracuse this past weekendWouldn't lump Heintschel in with that group as of yet. Those other 3 are upperclassmen.

But yes both would have been awful signings… Didn’t realize Leavitt was 2nd in the nation in picks after two games.,.
