Leach vs. Kiffin

That was some of the worst coaching I have EVER seen by Lane. My god, my god. The whole game really. He single handily cost me a perfect day of gambling. I never ever want to hear Miami fans say we should hire him.

I'll take Gattis all day, at least I know I can bet against him and win.

Dart is a$$ btw, all three USC transfer QBs ended up being trash.

Dart, Daniels, Slovis
I was going to say something about him earlier. Throwing downfield didn't seem like an option every game I saw. Really limits his offense. If not busted plays they don't hit anything deep vertically. Impressive how good their run game was with that limitation to stretch the d.

So the Lane Train is an Amtrak? Or like back in the late 1800s when they used to collide trains head on at state fairs?

I'm still of the opinion both him and Leach do more with less. I loved the announcer saying all these 5 star recruits playing at Ole Miss. Ha. Plenty of great coaches that never get to coach truly elite talent. Just the way the ball bounces sometimes. If I'm Auburn, if Lane turned them down, I would go after Leach. Not even kidding.

I think they're both...fine. Good offensive minds with personality "quirks" that keep them at an 8-4, low-end of the top 25 level in P5. It's better than what we've been on average over the past 20 years, but if I'm a big time school, I'm not looking their way. I thought Wazzu was perfect for Leach - he could sit out there in the middle of nowhere, talking about Francois L'Ollonnais, finishing 23rd and pulling an upset every couple years until retirement.

Back on grassy in 2007, I was pounding the table to hire Leech.

He would have abused the ACC back then. They couldn’t begin to handle his offense.

Last year I had Lane ranked above Mario on my coaching wish list.

With that said, I do believe Mario can rebuild Miami from the ground up and make it substainable.

This program has needed a culture cleanse for a long time. Mario way is just not going to be a quick fix.

Takes a little more time.

And what about the Pirate? Does he get a look by the Cardinals if Kingsbury is let go?
