We are absolutely not “going to his type of system”. We are not going to throw it 60 times per game while forgetting that you’re allowed to occasionally run the ball.

His system is reserved for the less-talented programs that need a gimmick to stay competitive. That’s why at age 60 we see him trying to move “up” to a program like Mississippi State.
 
Leach will crash and burn faster than the Hindenburg if they're dumb enough to hire him.

And is now coming off of his worst season of those 5 against an obviously weak Pac 12.

Hey, I hope it happens though. It's not like Miss State deserves to be picky and I'm all for seeing what he does under a bigger spotlight and being entertained by it while hopefully ending the debate about him.

Yep, big talent disadvantage. That job had people debating whether Mullen was a good coach because Miss St. had a bunch of losses against ranked opponents.

He ran the ball at TT. Our offense would be unstoppable. Tempo and spread is what I was referring to, when I said similar offense. The same concepts. We have a defense already.

We have a workable defense that needs consistency of play. Still work to be done there. But I agree the O has to be rebuilt..

He ran the ball when it was convenient. He has many big games with 12 yards rushing.

So for 20 years he has put all of his chips in the passing game, but now he’s going to make sure that the defense is taken care of?

It would be fun to watch because his teams have always pulled an upset out of their *** with that system.

They would be the 7-5, 8-4, team that pulls one out every season against someone they shouldn’t in a shootout.
