I love Cartagena for the architecture. Been a couple times. Some good street art in the Getsemani area though not like what I hear Bogotá is like. That area is the up and coming spot. Only been in the airport in Medellin but the women are supposed to be beautiful there.

Man, I had an uncle that lived around Brooklyn and Detroit in the 80’s. He said he only felt unsafe in Caracas, and that was back then. Way wilder now.
