12 noon ??? What kind of curfew is that

The virus has been spiking badly since Christmas. It’s 12 noon on Saturday’s and Sunday’s and 7 pm the rest of the week.

I will be in DR in a few months. Hopefully they come off that nutty curfew. I though 5 pm was bad.....

Usually runs in 45 day increments and then they continue it or adjust.

Its all about opinions and taste but if you like latinas I wouldn't put DR in the top five, top ten ok. I love dominican chicks but to me;
1. Brazil
2. Colombia
3. Venezuela
4 Panama
5. Puerto Rico

Those are my top five of latin countries.
