He’s interested in visiting and welcomes Miami into his recruiting race, he told CaneSport.

“What coach (Hetherman) and coach Holinka did at Minnesota last year, they were a top-four defense in the nation,” Lindsey said. “And then to go to Miami, everything about it, the brand of it, the area, obviously I know they’re going to have success on the defensive side of the ball because of what they did at Minnesota. They’ll definitely be up there for sure.”

“I can already tell that they coach hard,” Lindsey said. “They’re going to get on you and they’re going to make sure it’s right and how they want it to be. They’re accountable. I can already tell that. Obviously the success they had last year, they’re building something special. I’m gonna see if I can get out there soon and I know they’re all accountable.”

Just talked to that same source:

“Well, I just talked to some people close to him and only one program is going to hit his price point. That’s Texas. Everybody wants this kid. He’s incredible. But it’s clear Texas values him more than anybody in the country.”

I think Texas gets it done.
