I may be wrong but doesn't the 2 star thing just mean he hasn't been evaluated by recruiting services? I'd imagine he gets his 3rd and maybe 4th star at some point. Kid has legit speed and shows some toughness too.

Yes. Lake City Columbia is a Nole factory and their coach is former Nole LB (and Dugans teammate) Brian Allen. I'm sure he gave Dugans the scoop.
