And all of those teams you say can't throw the ball more than 5 yards have better offenses than we do. They're saying the same thing about Miami.

They have nowhere near the D we have AND here's my other point...You have no idea what kind of offense these teams will have or for that matter what offense we will have. Here's what I look at. I look at what teams have and who they have coming back and I forecast off of that. I look at how our team played at VT and at home vs Pitt and if they can play mistake free football and switch the field position like they did in these games we will beat anyone in the ACC playing that way and it won't be close.

And you could say the same exact thing this year, how are you not getting this? Outside of LSU, there was no team on our schedule that had as close to the defense that we did. You just mentioned that I don't have any idea of what kind of offense these teams will have, well neither do you. And for example, Mack Brown at UNC is looking to go full air raid offense. You keep mentioning that if we play mistake free - Every team's goal is to play mistake free. That's coaching.

Yes the team that was up by so much after 2 quarters they started playing backups more.... yes the same that gave up 20 points in the first half

The team that averaged less than 300 yards to ranked teams this year

except youre trying to pin the LSU game on diaz and the defense, but they gave up less than 300 yards. is the defense fault that the O couldn't move the ball? you need a brain.

you need a brain to understand my point....not arguing the about the loss...we know the O sucks...but your to much of an idiot

What does that even mean?

Dude trying to make a correlation with how many guys we are losing on defense to influencing if Manny stays or goes...when in reality, regardless of who we lose on defense, Miami will be 10 times more talented than whoever Temple has on roster.

Plus, the point of who we are losing is irrelevant bc Manny would be going for a different position with Temple. I just didn't see the connection between Miami players leaving and Manny deciding to leave as a result...

this means nothing one way or the other
Think this speaks volumes if the rumors are right and temple is close to naming a hc.Diaz wouldn't be out recruiting as a um coach if he was offered and accepted the temple job.

Temple interviewed him on Monday .... until they make a decision, Diaz has to continue to do his job at Miami. he can't just sit on his *** and wait for Temple to make up their minds. LOL

Pretty sure the person they are hiring already knows they working out the language of the contract.that's if rumors are true that temple is close to naming a hc.Everybody will know by Thursday morning who it is.

Talent doesn't mean much if you do nothing with it. We've continued to put 2* and low 3* guys in the NFL, and have more NFL players than Arizona, ASU, Baylor, BC, Colorado, Duke, Georgia Tech, Indiana, Iowa State, Maryland, Minnesota, Northwestern, Oregon State, Purdue, Kansas, Kansas State, Kentucky, Rutgers, Syracuse, TCU, Texas Tech, Vandy, VA Tech, Wake, and Wazzu. We're tied with UVA, WVU, and Miss State.

doesnt matter when Temple does the actual hire. up until that time, Diaz has a contract to do his job with Miami. so the original point i was making is that him being on a recruiting trip is not a sign that Temple was not going to hire him. thats all
