This is 100% is what I’m talking about right here. Get Wes back in the room. Like you said, if we lose a linebacker this year, it can become a complete disaster. Get him Mario!
 
I would have no problem with him returning for leadership and depth. I would not start him for all the reasons mentioned in terms of potential negative impact to culture but the college football season plus the playoffs is longer than it has ever been. A healthier Miami last year or better depth may have won us a national championship
 
Our starting two lbs have injury histories. Seems like a no brainer... you take Wes as a backup. Nothing more than an insurance policy.

The staff doesn't seem interested in adding anyone. They like what they have in the LB room

This all tough talk meant to scare other teams away from jumping into the mix for some of these guys. There is a less than zero percent chance that the SEC boycotts LSU games or expels the team from the conference. Let's be for real.
