NIL, Transfer portal, UGA recruiting, and a whole bunch of other topics.. good listen

Uga imo might be making a mistake if they take a small class and it’s the same mistake Dabo did a few years ago.
Clemson hasn't recruited big classe but a very talented ones. The reason was because they had so much talent and brought back a lot of players.
I’ve never seen Bama do that even after they’ve won. Saban is cut throat and will wait til the last minute to cut players via transfer or medical issues.
You can’t waste a recruiting class. You do everything you can to bring in as much talent as possible whenever possible.
What you saw at Clemson the last few years was a few players carrying a team that had good but not elite overall talent. Very well coached and not very deep with exception of the dline. And the last 2 drafts prove it.

I think in the last 2 drafts they might have had 4 or 5 players drafted.

Saban wins a natty has a bunch of savages and still takes like 27 players.

he has a fantastic show overall. just because you might not agree with everything he says doesn't make it a bad listen. he's prepared and talks about all teams and is pretty unbiased overall. Crain and Co. is another fantastic listen but it's more than college football eventhough it's what they focus on the most.

Tough to see two big 10 teams get in that play each other during the season.

If one of them is undefeated, obviously they are in. If they are both 1 loss the head to head loser will miss out on conference championship game.
The second team would need to have their only loss to the conference champ in season and convincing wins against the rest of the schedule (possible, Michigan state and Penn state are at home for Michigan)
and the SEC #2 presumably Georgia in his model, is 2+ losses with at least one bad one (possible, but their schedule looks favorable this year, only Oregon and Kentucky are pre season ranked teams on the schedule)
and the Big 12 (Baylor or okla?) champ is 2+ losses with at least one bad loss (possible)
and the ACC champ is 2+ losses (possible if Clemson QB doesn't progress or a two loss team wins the ACC which is possible)
and Notre Dame is 2+ losses (probable, four ranked opponents on the schedule)
and no undefeated cinci or Houston
