DT's 1000%....known quantity for their last and most productive year at a position of desperate need, or 2 highly rated, yet not sure how they'll produce in college, CBs to add to an already good CB class in a position with decent depth.

Think McIntosh made the right move for himself but Norton certainly wasn't ready to take the next step.

I said it in another thread or maybe even in this one. This is why we can't take the next step. Our players leave to be 5th round draft picks instead of coming back to improve their draft stock and the team.

I still think Richt gets us in the playoffs at some point but it is going to take longer to build a roster with these type of departures. Because as unbalanced as Golden left this team it is going to take a few years to even things out where we are not having to recruit 7 DL one year and then 9 DB the next.

Would RJ or Norton start for Clemson, Alabama, Georgia, or Ohio State? If in year three the outlook of your season depends on two players who are apparently late round NFL prospects then it's recruiting that's the issue.
