Ha, does he really do that? That's great. My Master's research here at UM was focused on PAP (post-activation potentiation) as well. If so, good stuff.

Yup! they've done it on the field. It's one of the things that has endeared me to him. So few S&C coaches actually stay up to date with the research. From what I can tell, it's not mandatory for all players to do it yet, but that's something I expect will change over time.

Oh boy, I guess he hasn’t met our quarterbacks yet. Never mind thinking fast, thinking is not something they do often or well.

He did not have a running QB this year and lit it up...And he went out of his way to bring that QB into his system via the portal.

hope he brings "the seeker"

It's a high tech robotic passing machine that SMU (I believe) was the first d-1 team to use this season...Supposedly can hit any route at any yardage and any trajectory.

Their staff (and either Dykes/or Lashlee forget which), raved about it.

EDIT: HERE IT IS

that thing is amazing. It's basically the Ken Dorsey of robots.

Costello is a statue in pocket with cement blocks for feet, he would DIE playing behind this line.

We need a mobile QB, he should be doing everything he can to get D'Eriq King.

shows the foolishness to be honest... Stanford screams spread???

Come on mane

I’d like to see a QB1 competition with everyone starting from scratch and evaluated by an OC who competent enough to do the evaluation while having the conviction to ride with his dude once the season starts. I’m excited to see it unfold.

Donaldson is gonna drop dead if he doesn't get in shape.
And it looks like there is very little subbing on offense, because they like to keep the defense on the field and keep the foot on the gas.

Dj Dallas would've been great in this offense, the way he can line up at so many positions. Wish he stayed for this.
