Spoke to someone who played at a high level at UM and he was very impressed with our new OC and WR Coach. My guy was in the FB office, watched some film and talked schemes with them. Both are very high energy guys and will be a welcomed change from Enos. My cugina promised these guys won’t throw their players under a moving bus!, they’re both “the buck stops here” kind of guys.

We actually have a Offensive staff where there is an actual braintrust where they can trade ideas of modern offense and not just yes men who have no experience in anything else.

Lashlee (HUNH with airraid added recently, Malzahn and Dykes disciple), Justice (Rodriguez/Trickett with Kiffin in there somewhere) Likens also with Dykes. All three have OC experience. Best staff on paper in awhile, now need to light up scoreboards and prove it on the field.

In all fairness to Enos, some of our players deserved to be thrown under the bus. Enos was a bad hire, but who in the **** was going to make chicken salad out of that chicken crap we saw last year? Everyone has to be accountable, even the players. It's the coaches, however, that need to earn their money and get the best out of the players.

I have a lot of confidence in Lashlee, far more than I ever had in Enos. The combination of Lashlee and any QB not named Jarren Williams is exciting to me.

I don't think the problems last year were so linear. They were more of a vicious circle, from what i can see. Enos was abrasive to everyone. Inflexible and difficult. Wouldn't adapt his offense to his players. Players were immature, couldn't get the system and grew resentful. There was no coming back from that once it got going... Seemed like no one gave a crap after awhile.

With both Richt and Enos it took injuries for them to make adjustments often to our benefit. Sad they were so inflexible.

In a perfect world, Lashlee kills it for two years, gets a head coaching job and Likens replaces him running the same system.

you missed a few steps along the way. in a perfect world, we win the coastal and the ACC and a national championship and he becomes the highest paid OC in the country and stays on for about 5-7 years and then he leaves for a HC position at a top tier school rather than leaving to a mid tier school in 2 years.

**** naw, damyum that, enos already has no bandwidth to criticize no player publicly, when he did that, he tried manny, **** calling out players like he's some **** of an OC, his 1st drive was his best drive, and even than he came up short. That self centered **** luv's to blame everyone but himself, look no further than his Central Michigan exit!
