Notice how Miami was the only program that was ever even rumored to have some kind of interest in him. I think Manny had no intentions of signing him just used his name as a smokescreen to throw Bama off the trail so they wouldn't give Enos a pay raise to keep him.

Fedora was one of OC's that I felt would have been a great fit at Miami. I like his offense when he does have the pieces to work with.

My bro in law just graduated from there and he's an OL and he said the team was so over Fedora this year but he was a good dude

Go to high profile program to rehab your image...and collect your HC salary while doing it.

Move on to somewhere else when offered.
 
Not a bad move on fedoras part he can learn hermans system tweak it with his own while getting paid from both Texas and NC.could be career defining move to use at his next oc or hc gig.

C'mon now. You really think a guy would be moments away from signing a head coaching deal and then would say if there's language in there precluding him from being a Sabag reclamation project/analyst after he gets canned then it's a dealbreaker? I'm actually surprised SEC schools don't already do that.

He's collecting a much bigger check from the UNC buyout than he would have gotten taking a coordinator position. The Texas gig is a way to stay in the game while still cashing that Carolina money. I don't blame him. He's a pretty sharp offensive guy. He'll find a job eventually.
