He’s just a freshman-Ur right he didn’t play great but, he’s done enough to show that his future is bright-

Lane is a better X and Os coach. I think that's fairly obvious.

Now would that lead to more success here maybe not. Maybe Mario can CEO his way into what we are all hoping for. But he is coordinator dependent on both sides of the ball.

He’s going to get between 12-15m from any of the three teams after him. Gainesville isn’t loaded with HSs for his son to actually play at. Maybe he doesn’t care but that goes against his entire documentary about his turnaround

Taking a program to heights it hasn’t achieved in a generation and then leaving them high and dry before the playoffs is wack as ****. Wouldn’t want anything to do with a dude with that level of integrity, or lack thereof.

And yes, I know every single aspect of timing with respect to NSD, the portal, etc. I know WHY he’d leave, if he does. I don’t give a ****. It’s wack.

If I was an Ole Miss alum or player, I’d be ****ed at him even if he left after the season, because I’m petty like that. I’d hold a grudge for sure. But eventually I’d get over it because I’d understand.

If he left before the playoffs, I’d spit on his grave 40 years from now if it took that long.

Even if he would’ve left the SEC to come to UM, he’d be doing the same thing to us right now.

Can we get over this obsession?
In a hypothetical where Miami hired Kiffin there are also the other outcomes where:



A) He leaves Miami high and dry like he did to Tenn.

B) Our fanbase flies a banner plane and chase him off like USC.
