Searles to UNC

Has a big resume and moved around a lot. Prior connection to working for Mack Brown back at Texas making this move one that surprises no one

As I've said before Coley, AR and Berrios made Dugans look a lot better than he was. Two were just plain talented and the other worked his *** off and refused to not be great.

Oh, almost forgot Thomas.

Well, you can pencil in a W for the canes for as long as he's there.

Brown was one of the most over hyped coaches we had at one point.

He will land somewhere like you said but he was never that good.

Heck I will take the bait what's this based on ? He's had a 1,000 rusher every season and recruited the position quite well

I really don’t see the pastor as a so fl guy. Where is pastor going to hang now...in so fl or head back to Athens

Watch Felder end up at Temple thus continuing our weird and annoying relationship with that godforsaken institution. He's a Philly guy and they have an appreciation for Pedo State alums too.

Thomas Brown to USCe. No surprise coming from him playing and coaching in the SEC. Hartley will be picked up somewhere for his recruiting and guessing Dugans will as well. With that said, it's putting a microscope on Jon Richt on genuinely bad he actually was for us. As stated in OP we will find out how others value our old staff with their actions this off season.

Jon will be the only one without a decent job

How the **** Searles has continued to land P5 coaching gigs is beyond me. He's been at a bunch of major programs but has been mediocre to bad at all of them.

Thomas Brown was a lock to get a RB coaching position and Dugans will catch on somewhere, although I believe FSU just hired a WR coach last year and aren't exactly shopping for one at the moment.

Hartley, I would like to see back at Miami if only for recruiting prowess. Although TE was always a strength while he was here so he has to get some credit for his work there. Keep him the **** away from special teams though.

I don't see how Jon Richt gets a coaching position at an FBS school. The only experience he has is three years of making QBs worse at Miami. Maybe an FCS school will bite for the name publicity.

This is the one hire i'll be on the lookout for. It will be interesting to see who picks him up for 2019 and beyond.

His father really did him a disservice. It should have been obvious that at the first sign of trouble, Jr. was going to be under the most scrutiny/criticism. The guy should have been encouraged to find his own footing somewhere else in college football.....now, he's hampered by the stench of nepotism.
