The problem is Fong will give his info and intel on a prospect for months. Sayings it’s school x. And then, Hayes Fawcett, who does 90% of commit edits, will get news of kid committing to school Y. Fong and Fawcett both obvious work together for On3. So 30 min before the kid commits, he flips is CB to school Y.
He, and others for that matter, were now wrong the whole time. And by shared employment, rather than Intel, they switch their CB. Which over time, those “hit” percentages get juiced. Not to mention, it ruins the kids moment.
So yea, it’s fair for some to feel some type of way about it. Is it that deep? To each his own.
