Switch Moten and blay. Moten has the size of a nt being 320 but he doesn’t play like one. He plays more like a 3t. Blay I think is stouter at the point of attack than Moten and blay actually played NT last year
Blay is the best pass rushing DT on this roster by a mile, it would be criminal to put him at DT. Last season he racked up 10.5 tackles for loss, 6.5 sacks and two quarterback hurries. He finished third in CUSA in sacks and tied for third in TFLs. You don’t take a player with that type of production from the interior and make him take on blocks.

They were very, very confident in Cantwell for the vast majority of the process. So were the national guys. It started to shift very late.

Very different situation here. Ill never doubt Mario Cristobal with a war chest, but in following this **** very closely (sadly) for a quarter century now, I’ll just say I’d be much more surprised if this one went the way of the good guys than I was with Cantwell.
The majority of people on this board have been following recruiting just as long as you, but the NIL era is extremely different. These recruitments change constantly, so people's predictions have become all over the place. The ball is in Mario's court, and if we choose to pony up again, we will win this battle. It's clear the best offer wins this recruitment

Agree with you on this becoming even more impossible to track the last couple years.

I would love to pull the top Dlineman and Olineman in the same class. I wonder what the opportunity cost would be, assuming the five stars are commanding "max deals".

Listen, I know how the A&M visit went… I know he’s going to LSU this weekend, but realistically speaking anytime you go back in history (Thibs, Francis, Cormani, Lightfoot Cantwell) this is the exact position Mario likes to be in with these 5 stars.

He lives for the shock factor, I don’t count out Rio in these situations.

We'll see what route the staff decides to take here, because they certainly got some decisions to make when it comes to allocating our money. This is why I'm taking their predictions with a grain of salt right now. As I said before, this is going to be a bidding war. If the staff want's Brown, they will come in hot and throw the bag down
