There is minimal local pressure. The mercenary mentality persists and is commended. Business decisions are respected and defended. And the front-runner is king.
But when the offense looks this inept, the team is losing, players are sulking, our best coaches are leaving, our least experienced coaches are being promoted, and the staff, overall, looks like babes in the woods on the recruiting trail, we make it easy as **** for the kids to leave South Florida for whatever bag school is popular this week.
