With 5 games left they were close to not even making the tourney so definitely a great run to get to the elite 8. They have a good core coming back especially if they can get Cavinder to come back. Hopefully this run works for us in recruiting and the portal.

An amazing run by the Lady Canes, and it really hurts that they definitely could've won this game if our offense was even just a little better.

Absolutely. What a great run though. I feel pretty certain it was a strong revenge middle finger NCAA run, and it was impressive.

One thing I noticed was the lack of production from Haley in the last few games she’s been our one go to outside shooter all year. We don’t have a lot of pure shooters and it showed up in this game.
That being said the ladies gained national recognition and an amazing step forward beating Indiana on their home court. The season was good but the tourney games were surprisingly very good. As a fan I am so proud of these girls they surpassed expectations.

Yep….although they weren’t they team that actually knocked us out losing to them in a game we lead late 1-0 was basically the death nail for us.
