he announced some time ago, i don't know what happened. seems the fanbase doesnt want him anymore.

every Utah game I have watched, i see toughness, sound defenses, few penalties. to me he's a **** of a coach.

When Michigan strikes out on Kalen Deboer, they should just hire him. It's a perfect situation. A guy with credibility and ability won't stick around for long, but that everyone would be impressed with as a coach, that probably fits with what Michigan can do great personnel wise.

Absolutely agreed

It was the “I’m in the transfer portal” comment that caught me. Regardless yeah he was always at the top of my “it would never happen but…” list for Miami head coaches

It's not that I think that they didn't all want him, though some didn't, I think - it was more of they have had a head-coach in waiting situation as FSU did for several years, and instead of him staying one year too long like Bowden did, he opted to go a different way.

The thing I think that is surprising is I don't think Utah fans thought he would leave and then possibly decide to go somewhere else.

why have a HBC in waiting? makes no sense unless you are trying to usher the actual coach out the door

agree bad idea but they did it. think maybe they didnt expect Kyle to keep going as long as he did at the time and wanted to keep the guy from leaving.

there is always another guy if you do your job right.
