He makes 2 mil a year for them. 8-1 in bowl games. 89-43 overall record. Beat Oregon by 40 this year and bama in 2008. Also went undefeated in 2004. We make an offer of 3 mil a year. Would he come here?

lol no **** that polygamist coach. For starters, he wouldn't last a week down here. Could u imagine him recruiting in liberty city?!
 
1. Not leaving Utah.

2. Did well in Mountain West Conference. Not so well in the Pac-12 Conference.
 
The dude is a Mormon. If you just say the word Miami around him too many times he has to go repent.

This **** is so overrated.

You think he only recruits pasty white dudes from Utah? They've got guys from inner city L.A. on the team.

Assistants do most of the legwork in recruiting anyway. Keep Ice at RB coach and have another SoFla guy on staff (e.g. Kevin Beard).



BTW I think there's a 0% chance he leaves Utah.

He does have major issues with his AD, but I don't think he'd be a realistic option.
 
Would be an amazing hire, not happening. I have no doubt that if this admin does the right thing and fires Golden, they will immediately follow that up with doing the wrong thing by hiring someone like Mario

No to say it would happen, but Wittingham has Utah rolling. They are a Top 5 team in a Power 5 conference. He is definitely getting a raise. As far as his religious faith, LDS is a worldwide religion. There are two Mormon churches in Miami. He can practice his faith anywhere. It's not like Utah has an electrical fence around it and once you cross state lines, you are no longer Mormon.

Yup.
It was easier for Erickson coming from that part of the Country, because that UM team He inherited was LOADED!
For a coach coming from that part of the Country now...not so much.
 
Did Dennis inherit his drinking problem or bring it with him?

He almost left last year. He might leave for Miami, he might not but he almost left because Utah would not pay his staff
