Knighton is not hurt

Made a post about him a bit ago. He's one of the favorites that the fans get ****y about when you criticize. I fully expect him to portal. Dude needs a wide open field to be a viable option. Guy goes down so hard and fast from the most routine hits. I've never seen a rb get bullied like him.

I know one certain poster who will always ride his nuts because he’s a Deerfield guy.

That's the best thing for him but he's not even a reliable pass catcher

I was going to say coaches do not use him correctly when it comes to his versatility. But then I remembered the dropped passes, reading the wrong holes, and getting tackled by the wind. Only so much a coach can do to develop you. At some point you gone have take ownership and work on your craft on your own time. Not just him but seems like a lot of these kids just take coaching and go home and do whatever. No one really putting that overtime in

Something is not right about Rooster even if he portals his issues will follow him till he reconciles his issue but he won’t , pride will not allow it.

(2) totally different players

Parrish played for other schools being stuck, he NEVER let it affect his play always training and playing hard for his teammates ZERO PRIDE he plays with PASSION fir others .

You see it in every play glowing.

Parrish portaled to Miami and NOTHING changed in his play.

Rooster needs mentoring badly if not he’s doomed.

“He needs to be saved from himself “

Exactly

Well, he passed my eye test in ’20 and ‘21, except for the inside runs, of course. He did catch that 40-yard wheel route Saturday, our biggest play. I’m guessing he’s not 100%. And/or he’s not being schemed correctly.

Sad, the SFLA Chaney-Knighton recruiting haul looked so promising a few years back…

He's one of the only players we have who is a threat to house it. He'd be a different player in a wide zone running scheme.
How would a different scheme improve is bad ball handling, no vision, being made of foil, & tripping over himself? At this point if he's not schemed wide open he's not reliable.

Never seen a guy come through this program fumble as much as him. Hit the portal and good ******* riddance. Mentioned his fumble issues before the season and I got negged to death.
I’m disappointed with the kid but I’m not gonna give up on him! His confidence is down right now and this is when coaching becomes important, I say work with him and get his head mentally back the game and he’ll be fine. By the way he’s the only homerun threat at running back that we have on this roster! I’m just saying!
