They moved Bama up a spot above and after a late fourth qt td to beat a non bowl eligible Auburn with a fired head coach"we think ND is the better team... we won't use any stats from the last month or the head to head when Miami beat them.. but the committee thinks ND is the better team because they've been playing consistent football for 10 weeks"...
ND won by 3 scores on the road at 1030 PM to a ****** Stanford. I’m not sure how the Auburn win is enough to jump bama over ND.
What am I sure is they moved them to protect bama making the playoff if byu wins.
Now we enter a scenario where 10 could be ND and Miami 11. Next to each other. Now you have to ignore head to head (the second most important data point) because the have the sec **** so far down their throats they can’t see the difference between a win and a loss
