Kirby Smart - Still a Corch?

You must haven’t seen Swift and Holyfield. They may fall off but it won’t be because of running backs. Also look at the commit list.

The only difference between Richt's first two years at Georgia and Smart's is that there was no playoff in 2002.

Richt
2001: 8-4
2002: 13-1

Smart
2016: 8-5
2017: 12-1

When those two backs leave he's in trouble...

There were a few players that came back, I believe both D ends came back too unless I heard it wrong. It does make a difference that's for sure. Most of them were Richts players, just saying.

Not sure if Swift is better than Chubb and Michel, but there won’t be a drop. That kid is nasty!

And Kirby Smart is legit. I don’t think he’s “smoke and mirrors” or “special player” dependent.

It’s amazing what a coach can do when they are limited to the most talented roster by a mile. Nobody does more with less than Kirby. He’s turned this no name bunch into a real machine
True but it is what it is. He the only one in CFB that has beaten ole Nick at his own game.
