Kiffin is a cancer in south Florida

Michigan can't even keep us from taking a quadruple legacy from them. They'll get a guy here or there from down here like they did all the way back as far as I can remember. If Miami is TCB, then Michigan and Tennessee aren't going to hurt us. They'll be relegated to dumpster diving.

I'm not even worried in the least bit. He's trying to bring attention to his program by bringing in big names coaches but he's only bringing in coaches to steal his own players. This doesn't hurt Miami one bit. Our Paradise Camp is the best there is and no amount of "satellite camps" can change that. I don't care if they bring back Bear Bryant himself.

I'm not concerned, but I think you misread the situation. Kiffin won't lose any players to these school because he's not in the running for anyone they want. These will be the kind of kids we want, so there's potential for this to be a negative for us. This brings attention to his school, and exposes kids who won't get Michigan offers to him and his program. It's good for everybody but Miami. As I said, I'm not worried, but it's certainly not a positive for us.

I'm not worried due to that we have a legit coaching staff.

Again, it's not about being "worried", it's about advantage. Saban was winning championships while fighting for rules to slow the game down. He didn't wait until it affected his team, he fought it as soon as he saw what it might do. Same thing when coaches fought Michigan's satellite camps in SFLA...coaches saw that it might be a problem later and nipped it in the bud. You don't let anyone have anything for free. Ever.

A great coach worries about this right now just on the off chance it might possibly cause him the slightest inconvenience down the line. You don't say "we're Miami" you go show the btchs that they can't have anything for free. Because we're Miami. It's not about being scared, it's about not letting the other guy have anything at all if you can help it.

Should we seek an injunction? What else can we do to stop this impending tragedy? We could argue that the harm FAU might cause is irreparable.

It's also not a negative for us. We can't take everybody. At the end of the day, if someone wants to go to Michigan they will go. I don't want to "sneak" players into Miami while Michigan or anyone else isn't looking. I want players to see"all" of their options and still choose us. You have to get out of that frame of thinking. We can compete with anybody. We have a head coach that can compete with anybody. We have a city that can compete with anybody. We have a campus that can compete with anybody. We have a legacy and history that I would put up against anyone. We have a brand thats recognized nationwide if not worldwide. And that's after 10 years of being down by probation, loss of players and bad coaching. So let them bring on their satellite camps!

I'm not underselling the team, staff, or city, and I'm fully aware of the draw of the U. But you take every single advantage you can, no matter how small. And not having those schools down here would be a small advantage, and as such I'd rather have it than not. The whole point of this circus Kiffin is putting on is to give those schools the slightest little advantage, to allow them to see and be seen by some kids they wouldn't normally have close access to.

I understand your point but what I'm trying to get you to see is kids can go on their computer and see everything Michigan and all these schools have to offer. Kids can put together a highlight video and send to every coach in America. Michigan and these other schools have all the money in the world to get coaches down to high-schools in South Florida any time they legally can. It's not like back in the 80's and 90s. I just don't see an advantage but I'll agree to disagree and leave it there. I do understand what your trying to say though.

And I get your point and agree. I would just add that great coaches fight everything, no mater how small. It's like when they argue a call, not because they think it'll change, but because it might influence another call later. I don't think argueing gets you anything, but like I said, you fight every single fight just in case.

I didn't say there was anything we can do, and I certainly didn't paint it as a tragedy. Do you think saban really thinks offenses playing fast is dangerous? No, he's just using the only argument he has just in case he can change the rules. Because if he did it would benefit his team. There may be nothing that can be done, that's hardly a tragedy, but if Richt can think of an angle he should try it. Because fck them, you don't give anything away if you can help it.

Michigan can eat a ****.

Even though I love mallorys game, didn't they cool on him a bit? Maybe not. Idk. I thought I read they were after bigger guy

Even if they cooled on him, their top 3 targets were Brevin, Will and that mustafa (sp?) Kid..both schools were taking two tight ends this year and Miami beat them head to head on 2 of the 3

When are the moderators going to realize this guy is a fake, who only posts to ****e all over our recruits?

Give him the red band.

Whatever, dude is the gift that keeps on giving over the years. Just glad he didn't land here.

If Richt keeps visiting the little league parks and building lasting relationships it won't matter what other schools do.

Yeah, Brevin Jordan and we ended up with both of them! So Michigan can eat a whole bag of ****s.
Yeah I thought they wanted Jordan and musfasa. Or whatever his name is. I was just wondering if they wanted Mallory.
