They continue to pursue five-star Ohio State EDGE commit DJ Jacobs. They will keep swinging for four-star LSU EDGE commit Jaiden Bryant too. Miami is showing no hesitation to compete for elite talent already committed elsewhere. They got both on campus last week and will remain aggressive.

Keys made a visit to Miami this week, and there was definitely a lot of positive buzz coming out of the trip

Matthews made a surprise appearance at 305 Day last month and saw Nick Lennear stay home and commit to the Hurricanes. That certainly moved the needle for Matthews, a fellow South Florida prospect.

Rivals National Analyst Steve Wiltfong and I logged Rivals predictions in favor of the Hurricanes coming out of 305 Day last month. Miami is the clear frontrunner

Miami now seems like the team to beat and is slated to get him back on campus for an official visit on June 5.

Miami just hosted .... Drew Williams for a visit a few weeks ago and extended an offer before he left campus. Now, Williams is expected to be back at Miami for another visit this weekend. He has also locked in an official visit for June 5. Things seem to be progressing quickly

My dad (Marcus Carey) left a legacy there. Being able to fulfill that legacy would be special. He always told me that I don’t have to follow it. But being able to do it would mean the world to me and my family
