WR Vandrevius Jacobs has committed to the Miami Hurricanes. Jacobs is a 6-foot, 182-pound pass catcher from Vero Beach, Florida, and will join Miami after a breakout season with the South Carolina Gamecocks. Carter, a 6-foot-2, 290-pound defensive lineman, signed with Ohio State last year as a four-star prospect out of Newberry, Florida.
