Obviously he would be an upgrade over we what have now, but would he take us to the next level? (assuming we have the Jimmies and Joes) Combine Steele with T-Rob, would this take us into the top echelon of College Football?

Dynasty, UM needs a DC with a long defensive resume/pedigree. Diaz tried to do this with friends and it caught up with him, not to mention he was hamstrung by UM's purse strings along with the fact Diaz doesn't have enough skin in the game to attract the top-notch assistants. Any top-notch assistant will require full autonomy over the defense because make no mistake this is Diaz's scheme.
