He did; people are confusing themselves over what they were looking for in that image because edcanes didn't explain why he posted it.

The picture that Keondre tweeted is a pinned tweet from almost a year ago, not the screencap itself. He has removed "texas commit" and I guess what was a longhorns picture as his background image. I only ever saw the "texas commit" part.

Yup, it was definitely there a couple days ago. First he removed the longhorn background image and the very next day he removed Texas commit.

Apparently he did not make it to Austin today per Texas 247. On or two are saying he is going to Miami, don't know how much faith to put in to it.
 
The picture was Longhorns for sure. It was the Vince Young Rose Bowl touchdown
