Kendrick Norton will be....

This Norton hype needs to stop. Dude played well against inferior comp and disappeared the rest of the season.

LOL CRAZYYY

Nah. Name one team other than bethune where he actually made plays. I'll wait.

Ok!

FYI
Norton saw action in 12 games
19 tackles,1 sack( Bethune)
3 solo tackles vs NC
2 vs GT, Pitt,Cincy and VT

Whoop there is!

Like I said games other than bethune where he made plays. I don't care about a dt getting 2 tackles a game after the running back has picked up 5+ plus yards already.

Chad Norton Willis AQM w/ Jackson, Jenkins, Moten, and Harris backing them up.... Is a two deep that 90% of every other college football program would want. Under Coach Kool no doubt will be one of the best lines in the country.

I think McIntosh might crack the two deep at some point, and Norton will be behind Courtel or Moten... Both I think are quicker on the attack than Norton. Courtel is quick and he has that low center, and strong base. Richt and Kool could get some Geno Atkins kind of production out of this kid... Mark my words

Chad, Norton, Willis, AQM across the D line should be a **** good starting group. Who's going to come in after that group and keep the same level of play? That's my biggest question.

Harris
Moten
Jenkins
Jackson
McIntosh

Gonna find out if all the hoopla about South Florida Players is for real this year...Nobody better than Kool to bring this Gang together and wreak havoc...

On yotube coach Kool said one of three ways to get beat is by playing too much to OL centerline. Per Kwami Harris, Do taught our DL to play thru the OL centerline which included pass rush. Why there were no pass rush moves and why Chic suddenly couldn't rush. My point being is that it is difficult to know who was a competent DL...ie does Norton have explosion and or pass rush ability?

Macintosh is my sleeper. The kid has a great frame - he's as broad as anyone on the team and has the frame to be a top notch DT.

It will be easier for the D tackles to penetrate because they will be lining up in the gaps and with Diaz's blitzes the Olinemen dont have the luxury of standing there and playing paddycake with our four down linemen like Donofrios turgid scheme.. Finally we will start doing the dictating.

Norton had offers from Florida, Ole Miss and Notre Dame.

Nobody recruited Norton as a DT besides us and he's the best DT since Vince?!?! LOL! The kid came in severely out of shape and had a couple nice plays here and there-- big deal. That entire DL has a shot ton to prove. Muhammad has had the most success. Outside of him, guys like Norton, Moten, Jenkins, Thomas, Djax, etc haven't done squat. All hype from cane insight. We'll see if the 4 star and 5 stars can actually do something this year.

Everybody saying he is slow off the ball I get it, but he can be a darn good run stuffer and is very athletic for his size. You need dudes like him inside.
He wont be on the fields obvious passing downs but the kid can play.

Kid is good, was a freshman. He has alot of work to do to be the player we think he can become.

He flashed a little early and then faded.

Not surprising. He was an overweight true freshman who didn't arrive early. Also, as we have seen, the longer players were in that ****** scheme, the more they seemed to regress.

Freshman are not supposed to be ready to make the jump into the CFB trenches. He hit a wall.

Give him time in the college program to lose fat, gain muscle, and get into shape. He's gonna be a good one.

Yeah I'd love to see him after a full offseason of running/lifting weights. He was almost as fat as Dobard last season.
