Auburn is basically UF imo. Take out their two generational players, they don’t have much. Unrealistic expectations because the instate schools went through decades of sustained success. I wouldn’t leave that job without an ironclad contract, fat NIL package and insane assistant coach salary pool.

There’s a certain authenticity Louisianians want out of the HC at LSU. That’s not Kelly. Saban is from WV. WV is culturally a southern state. Saban wasn’t the most friendly on the job but in public he’s charming and mixes well with black folks. Same with Les Miles. And Ed O is one of us.

True. But all it takes is the right coach. Auburn and Florida will eventually get the right hires.

I had a fraternity brother from Zachary. He didn’t want to but understood Ed O had to be ole yeller’d. He was not happy with Kelly from the jump. He’s been crying for Brady since then.

They are referencing Sumrall with the hints they are leaking. The problem is without a President this is going to be a **** show. The Governor is a idiot. I was told Auburn liked Sumrall. They might be missing on him, but he is from Huntsville, Alabama. I am going to enjoy this mess of openings. No one gets Lane and FSU will join this party. Get the popcorn.

Okay. Sure.

Dabo publicly dismissed the portal and NIL. He jokingly said he'd retire if college players got paid. Search the net for yourself. He may have an epiphany and adapt this offseason but I do not believe for a minute Clemson's inactivity in the the portal was poverty driven.

Have a hard time believing anyone would choose Auburn over LSU

If I was LSU, I’d just had Lane a blank check. One, he’d probably win a 10 game clip/year. But then it makes another SEC team far weaker. I’d just keep calling Kiffin until he took a restraining order on me.
