Omar Kelly is one of the many clowns who thinks the reason Miami was bad under Al is b/c he didn't "let the dogs loose" or other nebulous nonsense terms.

Al was bad because he is a fraud with zero pedigree who can't coach a LICK.

Get me the best coach who wants the job. If that's Butch, great. But let's not pretend someone Chip Kelly wouldn't crush it here b/c he isn't "familiar with Miami".
